The Research Laboratory on Apicomplexan Biology at the Institut Pasteur Montevideo announces the opening of a postdoctoral position.
We are searching for a researcher holding a PhD degree in the field of molecular biology or cell biology.
Previous experience in cell culture, genetic manipulation, CRISPR/Cas, bioinformatics, proteomics and/or microscopy are ideal. However, other expertise profiles will be equally considered.
The selected a post-doctoral researcher will be in charge of conducting research activities related to the project titled “Functional analysis of novel centrosomal and basal body components of two human parasitic protozoa.”
Terms of employment:
This is a full-time, fixed-term employment of 3 years.
