The Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia Research Laboratory<\/strong><\/a> (iLLC) of the Institut Pasteur de Montevideo, calls for applicants to fill the position of postdoctoral researcher, 40 hours per week, within the framework of an ANII scholarship.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n We orient the search to people with a doctorate completed in the area of \u200b\u200bhematology-oncology. It is a requirement to have at least one first-author article in international peer-reviewed journals.<\/p>\n Experience in flow cytometry, cell culture and molecular biology, as well as knowledge in the area of \u200b\u200bbioinformatics, will be considered appropriate, but not exclusive.<\/p>\n The selected person will lead a project focused on the study of gene mutations involved in tumor progression and refractoriness to treatment in Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia. This project aims to continue the line of work published in 2021 in the magazine Blood.<\/a><\/p>\n ANII postdoctoral scholarship.<\/p>\n The ANII post-doctoral scholarship lasts for two years, with the possibility of extending the position for two additional years, with competitive institutional financing.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n The applicant can be of foreign or Uruguayan nationality (with at least 3 years abroad).
