From 21 to 30 March, 2022, the Institut Pasteu will host the course “Proteome analysis by mass spectrometry”, that aims to train young scientists and graduate students on state-of-the-art proteomics technologies with special focus on bioinformatics analysis of large datasets. It also intends to promote the applications for these technologies in participant’s research activity.

Organisers:

  • Rosario Durán (Institut Pasteur de Montevideo, Uruguay)
  • Dr. Paulo Carvalho (Fiocruz, Curitiba, Brazil.)

  • Lic. Madelón Portela
  • MSc. Azalia Rodríguez

Unidad de Bioquímicay Proteómica Analíticas (InstitutPasteur de Montevideo/Institutode Investigaciones Biológicas Clemente Estable)

Topics will include:

• Shotgun proteomics
• Topdown proteomics
• Bioinformatics analysis
• Structural Proteomics
