The projects will be evaluated by an advisory committee made up of researchers from IP Montevideo, who will be appointed in an attempt to minimise conflict of interest. The project must be written in such a way that it can be understood by researchers who do not necessarily have experience in that line of research, as it may not be possible to form an advisory committee with experts from all the lines of research proposed in the projects.
